Orders Made via Bank Transfer / EFT
For orders placed using bank transfer or EFT, the full order amount must be transferred to our bank accounts for the order to be processed.
If the payment does not reach our account within 2 business days, your order will be canceled.
Once the payment is received, your order will be processed, and preparation will begin.
Same-Day Shipment of Orders
For certain custom-made products, delivery times may vary depending on the production period.
In case of a delay caused by our company, you will be informed via your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your contact information is up to date.
No shipments are made on public holidays or during official holidays.
Stock Availability and Order Confirmation
All orders are guaranteed to be delivered to your address via our contracted shipping company.
Once your order is created, a confirmation email will be sent to you by our system.
If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, you will receive an additional email to inform you. The date when the product will be restocked will also be communicated to you.
Out-of-Stock Situation
zbrida.com is a multi-user online platform. Although rare, if the same product is purchased simultaneously by multiple users, the stock may run out.
If the product you ordered is no longer in stock, the restocking period may range from at least 4 days to a maximum of 30 days.
If the product cannot be procured within this period, the payment you made will be refunded.
