a) Mirymay, resident of Gebze, Kocaeli, who operates the www.zbrida.com website (hereinafter referred to as “Z Brida”).
b) The internet user who is a member of the www.zbrida.com website (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets forth the terms of use by the Member of the www.zbrida.com website, owned by Z Brida.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member agrees that all information provided during membership is accurate and that they will compensate Z Brida for any damages that may be incurred due to any inaccuracies in such information.
3.2. The Member agrees not to share their username and password with third parties and that they are personally responsible for the confidentiality of this information. Z Brida reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages that may arise from unauthorized use.
3.3. Members are obligated to comply with all applicable legal regulations when using the site. Failure to do so will be the sole responsibility of the member.
3.4. Members may not use the site with content that violates general morality, public order, or the law, or that is offensive, threatening, or harmful. Furthermore, they may not use malicious software such as viruses, spam, or Trojan horses that could disrupt the operation of the system.
3.5. The member who shares the ideas, comments, and content shared on the site is solely responsible. Z Brida is not responsible for any damages that may arise from such content.
3.6. Z Brida is not responsible for any data loss or similar issues that may arise from the use of the site or technical problems with the system.
3.7. Members agree not to access other users’ software and data without permission. All liability arising from failure to do so will be borne by the member.
3.8. Members who violate the membership agreement are personally responsible for the legal consequences of such violations. Z Brida reserves the right to compensation for any damages incurred.
3.9. Z Brida reserves the right to terminate membership and delete member information if deemed necessary. No liability arises in this case.
3.10. The site design, software, and content belong to Z Brida. They may not be copied, used, or modified without permission.
3.11–3.17. (These clauses relate to information security, data use, marketing permissions, and the right to change the terms of service. They may be simplified without losing their meaning and content; I can revise them in detail upon request.)
3.18. The parties agree that the electronic records kept in Z Brida’s system constitute conclusive evidence.
3.19. The member consents to Z Brida sending them emails and SMS messages for informational purposes. They may revoke this consent at any time.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement terminates upon the cancellation of the membership by the member or Z Brida. Z Brida may unilaterally terminate the membership in the event of a violation of the membership terms.
5. Jurisdiction
Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
6. Enforcement
By completing the membership process, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
