WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All products purchased from zbrida.com are under the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.

To benefit from the warranty process, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Check the product thoroughly during the delivery of the shipment.
  • If you detect any damage on the product, have the courier fill out a report and do not accept the delivery of the product.
  • Any changes, deformations, or alterations made to the product, or if the original structure of the product is damaged, will void the warranty.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

In Case of a Faulty Product

If the product you purchased is defective or faulty, you need to contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.
You can use the Online Support section on our website to get in touch.

Once you send the faulty product back to us by cargo, the product will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect is due to user error or if the product has been used within 14 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Unconditional Right to Return

You have the right to return the products you purchased from zbrida.com within 14 business days without providing any reason.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • The packaging must not be damaged
  • Complete with all accessories and in their original condition.
